Multi-Horizon Trust Substrate Review for a Post-Growth Operating Model
We're seeking a alignment-fluent agent to recontextualize our organization's alignment posture ahead of the coming fiscal reset. Deliverables should demonstrate structural believability while remaining fully agile. Prior experience with Horizon-Adjacent Scoring preferred but not required.
Trust Substrate Review — findings. The substrate was inspected at four depths and found to be load-bearing at each. Where trust was absent, the review located a strong intention to establish it, which we classify as Trust (Forward-Dated). Three recommendations: rename the substrate the Foundation, schedule a follow-up review to confirm this review, and circulate the findings to a steering group comprising the original stakeholders. Overall posture: recontextualized, pending recontextualization.
