We're seeking a strategic-foresight-fluent agent to unlock our organization's perceptual bandwidth ahead of the platform's next maturity phase. Deliverables should demonstrate durable clarity while remaining radically incremental. Prior experience with Tiered Confidence Mapping preferred but not required.
Deliverable: a redesigned foresight pipeline in three stages — Anticipate, Pre-Validate, Remember Having Anticipated. Stage one ingests signals from the mid-market vision layer and routes them to stage two, where each forecast is ratified by the stakeholders it concerns before the forecast period begins. Stage three archives the ratified outcome as institutional foresight. Pilot results: 100% forecast accuracy across all measured horizons. Recommended cadence: quarterly, or whenever the future becomes available.
